Built with real agencies
Tendara started when we saw firsthand how a DDS agency in Tulsa, Oklahoma was drowning in paper binders, manual EVV entries, and spreadsheet schedules. Their caregivers were doing incredible work helping adults with disabilities build independence — but their tools were working against them.
So we built what they actually needed: a platform that handles scheduling, EVV compliance, habilitation goal tracking, and care documentation — all from one system their caregivers want to use.
Today, Tendara serves disability services and senior care agencies across Oklahoma, Texas, and Florida. We're a small, focused team based in Tampa Bay — and we're just getting started.
