DCI (Data Collect Inc.)

Real-time sync with Oklahoma's DCI aggregator per OAC 317:30-3-34. Tendara maps visit data to DCI's required format automatically — including service codes, provider NPI, and member Medicaid ID. Failed submissions are retried with detailed error logs so nothing falls through the cracks.

Texas

HHAeXchange

Direct API integration with Texas's mandated HHAeXchange platform per TAC §354.4005. Tendara pushes visit records in real time, handles reason codes for late clock-ins, and reconciles authorization units automatically. Supports both traditional Medicaid and STAR+PLUS managed care.
