Are there any contracts or long-term commitments?

Is Tendara HIPAA compliant?
Absolutely. Tendara is built HIPAA-compliant from the ground up. We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with every agency, encrypt all data in transit and at rest, and conduct regular security audits.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You own your data. After cancellation, you have 30 days to export everything. We provide full data export in standard formats. After 30 days, data is securely deleted per our retention policy.
Do you help with data migration from our current system?
Yes. We offer free data migration assistance on all plans. Our onboarding team will help you import your client records, caregiver profiles, and care plans. Enterprise plans include a dedicated migration specialist.
What EVV systems does Tendara integrate with?
Tendara integrates with DCI for Oklahoma agencies and HHAeXchange for Texas agencies. For Florida, we support Cures Act-compliant EVV with GPS verification. All EVV features are included in every plan.
